Looking for some insight here — we recently raised our product price by less than 10%, and although all of our retailers have updated their listings accordingly, we've lost the BuyBox on Amazon.
We’re the manufacturer and sole seller of this product on Amazon (no resellers involved), so there’s no pricing undercutting from other sellers. Yet, Amazon still removed us from the BuyBox, and we’re seeing the “See All Buying Options” message.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be due to Amazon comparing against historical price data or external non-retail sources? Any advice on how to regain the BuyBox in this kind of scenario would be appreciated.
