Multiple Boxes for Single SKU
Half of our catalog are sets of items(single sku) that require multiple boxes(as little as two, some up to twelve).
Right now we use other systems like Shipstation or ReadyShipperX to ship these units, but seems amazon claims will not even listen to you unless order is shipped with az buy shipping.
But I see no way to generate multiple boxes for a single sku, anyone know of a fix or has dealt with this before?
For reference on above claims issues: Customer orders sku that contains 6 boxes, customer gets 4 of 6 on a thursday, initiates a claim order not rec'd and gets a full refund, remaining 2 boxes arrive next day(not controlled by us, UPS just split it up). AZ Claim is worthless here as they say we didnt use amazon buy shipping.. so customer keeps our product and paid nothing, awesome.

There is no mechanism for multiple tracking numbers for one item -- this may be done with orders that have multiple items, but not for a single item.
Other than adding advice to always message buyer ahead of time to let them know how many boxes to expect, to let them know they may not all arrive at once, and marking the boxes 1 of 5, etc I have nothing to offer.
Keep track of everything and look at a year's worth of records. Maybe it is not a good fit for Amazon.
