My account is deactivated, My account is linked to another account which I don't know.

Hi dear sir/madam,

I have an Amazon account by the name of "Kangina Store" and unfortunately it's been deactivated for a month, Amazon believes that I have one another account too by the name of ‘B.YONGAN51' which I don't recognize. I have appealed three times and shared all information that I don't recognize that account but my account is still deactivated and Amazon doesn't reinstate my account, I always receive same standard Email and it doesn't tell me the exact reasone. I answered all the questions that may be the reason for this deactivation Like, I didn't hired someone for my account, I haven't worked with any third party company, I am not victim of the account compromise and identity theft, everything seems fine but don't know why they relate that account to me. I opened a case [CASE 15664260641] before this and applied all the recommendations your team told me but unfortunately they didn't work.

I am severely waiting for your help and information,

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been seeing. I understand that you do not recognize the account that has been included in the notification. It will be vital to identify what information has connected your accounts as our team will require an explanation.

If our team is unable to verify that you and the listed account are no longer associated, the account will remain in its current status. If you find that you are actively associated, you will need the other account to resolve its issues for you to resolve yours.

Have you ever shared access or account information with anyone else? This could be an employee or family member that also had a selling account.

Any additional information you have should be provided to this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas
