Seller support will not help you to set up or verify your account. In general, Amazon is a self service platform where the seller has to find the answers himself by searching the forum, the help pages, seller university or Google. Amazon doesn't waste employees time to "look in" someone's account. Isn't there a seller forum in Vietnam?

I can help share some resources you might find useful while navigating the verification process! Good news, Vietnam is on the list of countries accepted for seller registration. It is important to note that "To be eligible to sell on Amazon, you must be resident in one of the following countries, have a valid phone number, and have an internationally chargeable credit card."
I also show that Amazon currently does not have phone support for Vietnam per that same help page, but remember you can create an email or chat at any time for more personalized assistance.
