On October 18, we received a notification said Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed as We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
We have uploaded the product and sent the inventory to Amazon's fulfillment center, but our account was deactivated my Amazon. After receiving the news, we submitted the documents at once, such as business license, transaction flow bill, Electricity Bill, Product Purchase Invoice and so on. But Amazon don't reply and refuse to tell us the reason. Account Health Support Team told me there is only to close the shop.Why?
