Campaign manager is not working.

Upon clicking Campaign Manager get a page saying "This site can't be reached."

Diagnosis:

1) Clear the cookies and cache NOT WORKING

2) Tried Different Browser NOT WORKING

3) Tried Different computer NOT WORKING

4) Tired US Seller Central and from Campaign Manager choose multi country NOT WORKING

5) Trying Contact Help Desk - Select A service "Advertising on Amazon" - For Sponsored Ads and Stores related Help and to contact an advertising support specialist, visit the Ads Console Support CenterFor Sponsored Ads and Stores related Help and to contact an advertising support specialist, visit the Ads Console Support Center NOT WORKING getting a message can't be reached.

I have tried every possible way but not working. only way I can access if from my phone.
