Read onlyWe've had a lot of raw materials price increases, some as much as 100%. Our company has held prices as long as we could, but we needed to raise some prices. It just is. But now when we try to offer the customer a discount coupon, we're being forced to meet old price points or we can't do the coupon. "Coupon needs attention". "ASIN not discoverable." THE QUESTION IS: WHEN DOES THIS ROLL OVER? How do we adjust to a profitable price base when Amazon is holding us to old prices? Are we stuck to not offering our customers coupons now? Do we have to sell at the higher price to a few customers for the new price to stick, THEN do a coupon? Seems silly.
Hello @Seller_n1mh65Ij2NT7L
Thanks for posting here. For your product, it needs to have a 90 day sales history in order to apply a coupon and show that the coupon is an actual discount. See the Understanding coupon errors for details, under "Insufficient Sales History" - A Was Price is automatically computed and changes over time. The Was Price is determined using the 90-day median price paid by customers for the product on Amazon.
I hope this helps.
