In the past, if if a customer sent back an item with problems, you'd simply wait 2 days for the amazon auto-refund enforcement, & open a Safe-T claim. Now, Amazon no longer auto-refunds after 2 days & you CANNOT OPEN A SAFE-T CLAIM UNLESS AMAZON AUTO-REFUNDS WITHOUT AN A-Z CLAIM. If the customer reaches out to Amazon that they haven't been refunded, Amazon will open an A-Z claim most of the time and you have 0 recourse.
