As the title shows, the customer returned the product, there are many defective products which can't be sold for second time, but the warehouse staff didn't check the product and sent it to the new customer directly, which resulted in the new customer keep on exchanging and returning the product, which caused the link to my listings to become very bad.
You can find in my orders, there are many customers exchanged the products 2-3 times, but they still didn't get satisfied with the products.
What should I do?

If there is a recurring issue with certain ASINs not being recognized as used/damaged, you may want to review your return settings for those items. I including some links below
Have you filed a support case requesting details on these orders and possible steps you can take to reduce the chance of this issue recurring?
