Stranded Inventory - Undergoing another verification

Hi,

I have tried to work with several amazon associates and have created a dozen tickets in the past 6 weeks. My inventory is stranded and the reason is that the account is not fully onboarded. When I reached out to support, they asked me to submit my documents for reverification under Account Info > Reactivate account. When I tried submitting, it popped up an error that "You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is complete.

When I raised this issue with Amazon support again, they said that they are directing my issue to the seller identity verification team and they would respond back in 48 hours. I got a confirmation on Feb 23, 2025 from the seller identity verification team that they have reviewed my documents (although I did not provide any) and were able to complete my verification process. Despite this my inventory was stranded. Since then I have reached out to support multiple times and my issue has been directed towards seller identity team as well as seller technical team but my issue has not been resolved. I have received all kind of wierd answers such as:

"We can't help with this issue as your request is not related to seller identity verification or related process"

"We could not complete your verification, As a result your account would not be activated"

I am exhausted and frustrated as despite working on this for weeks, my issue has not been resolved.

P.S: I have tried multiple browsers and cleared up the cache as well but nothing seems to work
