Read onlyA previous TRO incident resulted in account funds being frozen. Later, I reached a settlement with the other party and paid the compensation, and received a performance notice from Amazon saying that the account has been restored to normal and the funds will be returned to normal. However, the funds are still in the reserved status and have never been refunded. I contacted the Amazon support team and they kept saying that it would be forwarded to the relevant team to deal with, but I never got a reply. Funds are very important for the normal operation of the company and I desperately want money back in my account. Please help me, what should I do in this situation?

I still see a legal TRO on the account, which means the party you settled this with hasn't reached out to us. Can you get a confirmation from the person you settled with and then create a case with a screenshot from the settlement as confirmation so that we can take it from there.
Once you do that, please create a new case and share it with me here and I can escalate on my end.
