    Unit Count Error Bug

    I cannot post my new listing because of a bug in the Unit Count Fields.

    I cannot post my new listing because of a bug in the Unit Count Fields.

    I have the same problem. Cannot figure out how to fix it unless you run a file feed. To build a file feed on every listing would be ridiculous amount of time.

    It depends on the category you have chosen for your item and what Amazon has detected you measure your product with.

    In this case, Amazon does not accept "count" but rather whatever they have listed on there. Try clicking on the arrow on the right side of the unit count type and you will see a drop down of what Amazon accepts. It might just be "Ounce". You would have to put how many ounces in your item in this case. However...I am not sure if its ounce. You have to click on the arrow to see what Amazon accepts.

    We are seeing the same thing. Even using the option available in the drop down (count), the error does not go away. Even with a flat file, we cannot fix it. We are unable to do anything to the affected listings. No price changes. No changes to shipping templates. Nothing.

    I'm experiencing the same issue. The only option in the drop down is 'count', but when I select it, I keep getting the same 'the value specified is invalid, please select another value'

    Maybe this is a bug from Amazon?

    Wow, same here. Just so happened I was formatting a new uploader for a new product type and spent legit all day yesterday thinking something was wrong with the values in the sheet. I ran ~15 uploads trying to fix it, even tried the new beta sheet. Unreal. This is some bulls**t!!!!
