We just started our business on Amazon at the middle of this year (2024), the only product we sold is a tire inflator we designed and manufatured, till now only 140 orders (including the Vine). But from this month there is a Frequently Returned Item badge on our only one listing because of the return rate, and we checked that 90% of the return reason is the customers using a wrong charger to charge the item, and we have done something to remind the customers to use the correct charger.
Currently the sales stopped and how can I even get sales to reduce the "return rate" when the sales completely stopped? It seems this badge is a nail in the coffin for a listing.
We are confused that we only have 140 orders for this listing, why this listing has a badge, it is unreasonable and unfair, a can someone tell me how to do about this, or we have to closed our business. Thank you very much.

Hello @Seller_fand9t5TBJLQO
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums and for providing that case ID number.
I looked into the ASIN provided in the case and do not see the badge displayed on the product detail page. Can you verify whether the badge is still reflecting on Amazon.com? I also wanted to corroborate the information provided within the case that Amazon will be monitoring return rate and automatically remove the badge once return rate approaches the suggested return rate. Please note that the suggested return rate refreshes periodically, and may change over time.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
