Why did I receive the performance notification of completion of verification, but my consumer notification Act was still not passed, resulting in my account being suspended for a year? I was told that I passed the authentication three times before, but my Amazon background information was not updated, resulting in the failure of the verification of the Consumer Notification Act. The cases provided unfortunately were from so long ago they were not be relevant in the current situation. I had additionally reached out to our account health support teams, who at this time have confirm the account is no longer eligible for reactivation and will remain closed. This is a final decision and cannot be appealed or disputed.
