Expand to Europe with simplified compliance
Expanding to our European stores allows you to reach millions of new customers - but it comes with local compliance requirements.
To make it easier to meet regulatory requirements in the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, we’ve integrated compliance service providers into the Sell Globally page.
You can now select your desired store to compare services and pricing – such as Value Added Tax, Extended Producer Responsibility, Responsible Person, product labeling, and listing translation – and connect with providers all in one place.
To learn more about European regulatory requirements, and find service providers that help you to meet them, go to the Launch in Europe section of Sell Globally, and select ‘Explore plans’.

Hell we can not even keep up with Amazon BOTS changing and deleting listing over compliance that does not apply to product sold on Amazon for 5-10 years! Seller support is worthless on addressing issues likely as they are also BOTS. We have leaned that anything on Amazon compliance related or like this is a ran as fast as you can and do not even waste time as it is best to find a different outlet. Another thing we notices is Amazon bots will only target your selling items not items that do not sell at certain level thus means these are targeted attacks with sole purpose to harm sellers and sales in order to drive sales towards Amazon sold items.

For global selling I think Amazon should just go to a wholesale / retail format and be the retailer it already is and just take care of all this stuff.
