Everytime are critical of Amazon in Forums, and or recieve a "warning", our sales go to zero the following days
no different today.. zero sales. pushed 25k ad views... zero sales all week...
All metrics are perfect, no issues... zero sales. nothing..

Appreciate the reply Josh, i am only voicing my concerns in this forum to ingratiate our store, and incite change by the voicing our lived and real experience with amazon........ always having to come to the forum to try to escalate + conjure support, is inefficient and wastes everyone's time.

Everything you state has nothing to do with a product's salability. All retail sales are based on selling products that buyers want and need every day. If buyers do not buy your product, that simply means they don't want or need it at this time.
You are a retail store no different than any B&M store. they solve this problem by selling thousands of different products. Do they all sell every day? NO. But enough do sell that your problem does not exist.
How many different products do you sell?
