Seller account deactivated but I've never used it

Seller account deactivated but I've never used it

Hey everyone. I've recently been working on making use of my old seller account that I've never used before. It had been deactivated a while ago even though I've never used it. I suspect it could be because I tried to make a seller account using another email without closing this one first.

I tried to submit a utility bill and articles of incorporation to reactivate the account, but it was denied. I've attempted to contact the Account Health support but it says I do not have permission to view the page.

I really want to begin selling via FBA but not sure what to do from here. Any help is much appreciated.

Do you have the original deactivation performance notification or email when this occurred? If this was your situation and it was a violation of our multiple accounts policy, you will need to resolve the original accounts issues and ensure it is in an active status prior to this account being reactivated.

If we're asking for verification information, you can reference our seller identity verification help page to ensure everything provided meets our requirements.

Regarding not being able to reach account health, can you clarify what you're seeing or provide a screenshot of the issue you're encountering? Additionally are you the original account owner, or were you granted permissions to the seller central account?
