Read onlyGot return request for an item which falls under replacement. Customer mentioned not compatible or not useful for intended purpose. And it has been auto authorized by Amazon. However policy says it can only be replaceable in case of damage or wrong products. And when I as seller ask for proof of how they (Amazon) authorize the return they don't have any proof regarding that.

customer ask for replacement seller getting wrong product. and after replacement delivered to the customer , customer again do return and both the parcel getting wrong product. amazon being safe for fraudsters. customer and delivery hub person both included in this malpractice. specially in Rajasthan hub or if you have big size product always check for fake buyer checking tab.
