Amazon has hold my money 2 months and have no one to turn to. I have tried to contact amazon several times and have not received a response. My account is not deactivated. There is no notice or email, I don't know there is a TRO. Has anyone here can help me?

My account health is good, No a-z claims, no refunds or returns as of recently. I am very confused as to why this is happening. I have not received any payment from Amazon since September 27, 2024, I have never changed my deposit account, I have lost more than $100k, and for each payment of the $100k, Amazon's team has said that the receiving bank is Amazon's correspondent bank - JPMorgan Bank, not my deposit account - Deutsche Bank.

Whenever I asked Amazon's customer service why the money never came to my bank account, but was always at the correspondent bank, the customer service would only say that the money was not returned to the my Amazon account, and that I should ask for it myself from Morgan Bank.

This is very damaging to Amazon's credibility, and I have begun to doubt that Amazon will ever pay me the money. And I'll be telling my friends about this, I'm outraged by the way Amazon has handled this matter!
