Hello,
We shipped several hundred units into AWD where they were recieved in full. We then transferred from AWD to FBA. Almsot every shipment that went from AWD to FBA lost inventory. They were clearly recieved in full by AWD and tehn somehwere in the process (compeltely out of our hands) the inventory dissapeard. We are not receiving updates and Amazon is attempting to "close" the shipments. Someone (anyone) please help. Our only wrongdoing was trusting the AWD and MFC were well built out functioning programs.
