Long Time Passed But The Case Still Pending Amazon Action: A Child Listing Standalone from its Parent Listing on Frontpage Several Times

About the same issue, we had submitted cases for 9 times: A Child ASIN has been separated from the Parent ASIN several times.

At latest case: ID: 17168834101, the Respective Team replied on 02/08/2025, said that: "After the review, our internal informing that the parent family is already in approved state. Hence no further action is required."

But so far, the Child listing is still standalone on frontpage, even though, it's connected to its parent listing in backed.

This separation without any notification from Amazon, and damaging our customer experience, dropping the child listing sale significantly, damaging the interests of Amazon, buyers and sellers.

The other relative case id: 17077785831, 16963950871,16915780301,16586283731, 16649222621, 16963950871,17006638571.

In case: 17077785831, Amazon reply: "After the review, our internal informing that the parent family is already in approved state"

In case: "...we have notified our higher team regarding the issues to avoid this in the future."

But till now, this problem have not been solved. It seems an system bug, but not fixed. Anyone from Amazon can help us to fix it permanently.

Our customer's experience have being damaged the sale of the standalone child listing is dropping significantly. It's dying to be dead. Why this case pending so many days.? Anyone from Amazon can help us to fix it permanently.
