Certificate of Insurance Keeps Being Rejected

Hi,

We have submitted our Certificate of Insurance about 5 times now and it keeps getting rejected. Our certificate is IDENTICAL to last years, with the exception of the policy dates. Last year it was verified with no issues. The reason for rejection is " – Your policy does not name Amazon and its assignees as additional insureds. Your insurer will need to add “Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees” as an additional insured." They are clearly listed as such, copy and pasted from Amazon’s instructions.

I opened a case with Seller Support yesterday and they confirmed the certificate has everything Amazon is requiring. They submitted it from their end, with a new file name hoping that would work. It was rejected within an hour. I resubmitted, per their suggestion of trying a new file name on my end and it was still rejected for the same reason.

Seller Support said there is no team that handles this specifically, so I am at a loss. I can reopen the case but I am hoping someone here has a suggestion for us.

Thank you in advance.

Post your COI to the forum for review. You can black out any PII. Common errors seem to be the Addt’l Insured box not being check or the wording not correct.

Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees” with address “P.O. Box 81226, Seattle, WA 98108-1226.” as an additional insured.

Did this issue get resolved? I have been "fighting" with the Amazon bots for 3 months on a renewal policy and cannot get anyone to either speak with me or email me back. My renewal policy has been rejected 5 or 6 times. It has the proper Amazon name and address, it has the deductible and the appropriate limits. This is so frustrating.
