We have a product that have been stuck in compliance under review. All compliance documents have been submitted over a month ago. The deadline to submit these documents is nearby and we do not want our listings to be blocked because of the delay. We have opened several cases with Seller Support, however, we only receive the response that the internal team is working on this.

We have reopened the case with no feedback.

We are a new seller on Amazon. On September 23, 2024, we submitted compliance review documents for our product. It has now been over 30 days, and the review status is still listed as "under review." As new sellers, this issue is causing us significant concern, and we hope that Amazon can expedite the review process so that we can list our product for sale as soon as possible.

My ccompliance case (case id 16969857541) has been under review for over a month now. It is extremely stressful that even after submitting all the required documents the case appears to be under review and I keep getting compliance emails stating that the products are under review and I should add documents, but when I go on the compliance tab, it says I have submitted the documents and the result is pending. I have been selling items and have payments that are on hold because the decision of the case is not being made. Please help me in getting this fixed.
