I'm reaching out regarding a shipment scheduled for delivery to the HLI2 Warehouse in Hollister, CA. The shipment, with ID FBA18V276PQ8, was picked up on March 4th, but the status still shows as "Scheduled" despite the scheduled delivery dates having already passed.

This delay is seriously disrupting our operations and causing planning issues on our end. I kindly ask for an urgent investigation and clarification regarding the shipment’s actual status and estimated processing timeframe at HLI2.
