Hello ,

1 of my product ( cost 10K) , was sold to a customer 3 months back and now after 3 months customer called Amazon and complaint that product is not good and claim Refund .

However , he is already using the product as per our customer care ticket details .

However , amazon issue him a refund from my Account and now customer is happily using device for free .

seller support unable to help as it was done by Customer support team

I want to sell Products Buy 1 get 1 free.
