I hope you're doing well. I’ve been selling on Amazon for several years with strong sales performance, but I’m currently facing a critical issue with my account. My Amazon account has been repeatedly deactivated and suspended for the same alleged reason:
1. In October 2020, my account was suspended due to an alleged link to another third-party account. After providing evidence showing no connection, Amazon reinstated my account.
2. On September 8, 2023, my account was suspended again for the same reason. I submitted proof that there was no link, and the account was reinstated on September 13, 2023.
3. On January 15, 2024, my account was suspended yet again for the identical reason, claiming a link to an account that I know nothing about.
This has been a frustrating cycle of suspensions and appeals. Despite opening multiple cases to resolve the underlying issue, Amazon support has been unable to provide a solution. The situation has now escalated, as my account health is at risk due to a supposed connection with a store in India, even though I only sell in the USA and have no ties to that store.
These repeated suspensions and the risk to my account health are becoming overwhelming. I’m seeking advice on how to break free from this cycle, as it seems inevitable that Amazon’s automated systems will link my account again and suspend it for the same incorrect reason.

What was the issue in the past related to this? How was it resolved? Surely, there must be some similarities between both account's info.
