Stuck in Identity Verification Loop After Live Passport Submission, No Clear Feedback from Amazon
Hello everyone,
I’m a seller operating through my registered U.S. LLC (MOHID ENTERPRISES LLC), and I’ve been struggling to reactivate my Amazon Seller account due to repeated Identity Verification failures, even after fully completing all steps.
Here’s my situation:
- I updated my residential address in Seller Central recently.
- In response, Amazon asked me to go through Identity Verification.
- I completed the live passport verification using my government-issued Pakistani passport and followed the live face scan process successfully.
- After submitting, I received confirmation: "Your document and information are being analyzed, and we may contact you by email within 2 business days."
- However, I was then met with another generic rejection email, stating: "We are unable to verify the documents you provided…"
- I was not told what was missing or given an option to upload any additional supporting documents.
The Problem:
- There is no “Appeal” or “Respond” button in the original Performance Notification (dated July 9, 2025).
- The Identity Verification link is not accessible anymore.
- I contacted Account Health Support multiple times and was told they escalated my case for internal review (Case ID: 18080817381).
- I’ve sent all proper documentation, including:
1. My passport
2. My local bank statement (matching residential address)
3. FBR Tax Registration Certificate
4. My LLC certificate and EIN letter
What I’m Asking For:
I need a human reviewer to take a serious look at my documents and allow me to complete this verification process properly. I’ve followed every step provided and still don’t know what Amazon believes is missing or incorrect.
If anyone from Amazon’s moderation team sees this, please help escalate my case so I can get a clear resolution. My business is currently frozen despite doing everything correctly.
Thank you for your time, and I appreciate any guidance from the community or moderators.
Best regards,
Talha Naeem
