I would like to share a quick suggestion. Avoid reducing shipping costs, as it can sometimes cause delays or delivery issues. If possible, make sure delivery is one day ahead of scheduled arrival. I had a similar experience and noticed that the estimated delivery date on the A-to-Z page was different from the date on the order slip. If the actual delivery falls within the A-to-Z estimated timeframe, you may have a strong case for appeal. As a result, my appeal was successful. Good luck!
