Not Getting Any Answer on My Brand Registration Application
Hello Amazon Team,
Can someone help with my Brand Registration Application. I applied on July 21st 2024 and its been more than 3 weeks and still the status says its pending. I am trying to find a way to contact you via email or phone but not able to find any information. It says my case was answered but i dont see any answer and it still shows pending review. Can you please help us out with this?

First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon. There are generally only other sellers here.
Then, three weeks is about the normal time for BR reviews. That is because Amazon says 10 business days but if you look at the calendar they do NOT include the weekends so it takes 2 to 3 weeks.

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team. I looked into your case 15667571001 connected to your application and saw it was closed by you on 7/21.
What we have been seeing so far is when a seller closes a case linked to a Brand Registry application, it puts the application in pending mode for awhile until the team reviews it. (Which is what you are experiencing)
I will submit a request to the Brand Registry team to manually decline your case so that you are able to reapply again as cases that are closed cannot proceed further.
Usually it takes 5-7 business days for the Brand Registry team to resolve these cases. I will let you know once I have some updates.
