What's wrong with warehouse ONT8? Our products were delivered 2 weeks ago and we got the POD. Products are till not checked in yet.

It may just be temporary delays caused by FC volume, but it's difficult to say with certainty without being there. What is the date on which you can request an investigation into this shipment?
