Is amazon going to allow sellers with less than a million monthly sales a fair chance at advertising on black friday or will they continue to remove feature offers and suppress listings like they usually do for small sellers in favor of the larger volume sellers?

What A Crock.

The week before Black Friday, Amazon removes our 143 units from FBA ($1000+ per unit) and places in RESERVE category because they determined through their algoritmic review, that our product only (from over a couple of dozen or so others equivilent but different models) is worthy of being inspected and held out in "reserve" for this particular time periond.

"...being classified as dangerous goods and your clarification that the product does not contain any batteries.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that this matter is being forwarded to our internal team for further investigation.

We will be sure to notify you as soon as we receive an update."

NO batteries in the unit

NOT a battery itself

NOT a dangerous good.

They finally agreed and the *ssinine Dangerous Good classification was removed--

NOW---

crickets.

We get no response beyond regurgitated garbage - (repeating our claim verbatim-- kinda like how Customer support reps regurgitate exactly what an Amazon Customer tells them when requesting the Seller bend over , ah.. backwards, and break every Amazon policy to please the customer...)

Hi. I'd like to understand why my BFCM price discount was suddenly suppressed because I needed to lower the price discount. This issue was not flagged when I submitted the price discount and was even running normally on the first day of BFCM.

I received no notification on the suppression and only discovered when I noticed a sale was made on the normal list price and not the discounted price. I have no idea how many hours it's been suppressed and how much sales have potentially been lost. While I just went ahead and fixed the error to avoid losing out even more, I'd still like to know why this happened. I also think proactive notification would be helpful. It's not like we monitor the price discounts dashboard 24/7. Seller support said they're unable to investigate because I did not take a full page screenshot of the error before I fixed it.

I need urgent assistance with my brand.

My former Virtual Assistant, who previously had access to my Brand Registry account, removed my brand from my Brand Registry dashboard without my authorization. He then registered the same brand under a different Amazon account that I do not control.

Because of this:

My original Brand Registry enrollment has been deleted, the brand is now showing as enrolled under another account, I am now unable to re-enroll my brand as Amazon says the brand is already enrolled, and I also cannot contact the Brand Registry helpdesk because the portal requires at least one enrolled brand to access support features. I have attached my USPTO application as I'm the rightful owner of this brand. I tried to re-enroll the brand with Amazon Brand Registry but it is registered by him.

I"m the rightfull brand owner with all the documents and ownership proofs.

@Dougal_Amazon Black friday and cyber monday is officially kicked off and same day our all catalog has been made inactive, as they have mistakenly been flagged as pesticide. However, our products had nothing to do with pesticide they are simply pajamas for KIDS and they have no link with pesticide and pesticide related devices.

We are very frustrated since this is a sale season and our products have eben removed from the site without any reason and even nobody from seller support is helping us. We opened multiple cases but no reply so, can you help us in this I hope you understand our point. Its really urgent!!! @Dougal_Amazon

How about for Black Friday Amazon will run a special and reimburse 3PL sellers the full amount owed for merchandise stolen by FBA?

While we are at, how about lowering our

  • Referral Fees
  • Fulfillment Fees
  • Low Inventory Fees
  • Long-Term Storage Fees

Oh, we will definitely share our experience about how Amazon steals inventory, and then reimburses pennies on the dollar, despite receiving sourcing costs.

In fact, we will be sharing our experience with every single Government branch, that is somehow even remotely related to Anti-trust violations, and Anti-bullying of small businesses.
