AWD having storage issues?

AWD is now giving us this error:

Sorry, at this time we don't have space available for your inventory.

We are unable to accept your shipment due to capacity limit. Try reducing the shipment volume or try again in 7 days.

There is no capacity monitor available for AWD. Is this normal?

I have this same error? I did not think that there were quantity restrictions on AWD. This service is used to store excess / overflow for our products but it will not let me send in bulk. I have more at the regular FBA warehouse.

Did anyone get back to you with a solution?

Hello @Seller_kWkL0Mfo7sQsG and @Seller_5EazjhaaDQH0C Have you filed a support case about that error? If so, can you share the ID with me so our team can better investigate?

Here's the response I just received from my Amazon Sr. Account Manager: "AWD is at full capacity right now which is why they are not allowing additional shipments. I won’t have any guidance until next week on next steps as we are awaiting more information from our team internally."

We have this issue too- the West Coast is full. We asked our contact for WFS and she said try to try next week because things might be congested due to the October Sales event

I saw this issue coming the second I read Amazon claiming AWD offers "unlimited storage" lol

Would anyone mind sharing when they are able to finally make an inbound order again?

This is so frustrating. Amazon pushed AWD on us by doubling the cost of FBA shipments inbound and now there is no room in AWD. We usually ship to the MD AWD warehouse but last week it told us we have to ship to Texas and we are on the east coast. What is ever more frustrating is you don't know where or if they are letting you ship it in until you have built your shipment and pallets.

If AWD is full, why can't they ship my boxes out, to my house, not even FBA, to free up at least a few cubit feet? My Halloween costumes got to AWD on 10/2, and I immediately created move orders, but some are still stuck. Case ID: 16394129621 It's for an item that's out of stock at FBA and my house, and I created move order every day after 10/2, then AWD cancelled the orders one or two days later. It's now 10/15, Halloween is only 2 weeks away, I need my box!!! To my house, please! I have room. Please... Otherwise, I will have to hold onto dead inventory for another year...

Hi everyone, just replying here with the update that was shared on workflow in case you haven't seen it (emphasis mine):

As we are past the previously communicated inbound cutoff date of Oct. 19 for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, we are shifting our focus to ensure your inventory is available for Prime orders. While we will continue to accept new inbound shipments during this time, please expect us to take longer (10-14 days) to receive your inventory into AWD through the week of Nov. 18.

We are continuing to research and follow up on individual shipments and instances and will share more as we have it, but wanted to highlight the above before the weekend as well.
