How do I get my money back!
Hello @Seller_XzXBj6rEUR1DP
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
For context, most items bought on Amazon.com, including those that are seller-fulfilled, can be returned within 30 days of the Estimated Delivery Date. You can determine if a product has a longer return timeline via the Amazon.com Returns Policy. Once the return has been authorized, the buyer has 15 days after the return window closes, allowing for transit time for a buyer to return an item.
For clarification, are you referring to an order that was refunded by Amazon on your behalf through Refund at First Scan? If that's the case, then you can file for reimbursement via a SAFE-T Claim.
I have included some help pages regarding returns for your reference if needed:
Please feel free to update this thread and let me know if you have already filed a SAFE-T Claim on this order or if it was a refund that you initiated.
Regards,
