I have several CDs that are not listed on Amazon. Up until 3 days ago, I could create a new listing using the "Product Type" "CDs & DVDs." That option is no longer listed. So there's no way to list a CD that isn't currently listed on Amazon. I spoke to an Amazon rep on the phone for two hours and she couldn't figure out what to do either. She hopes it's "just a glitch" and that the option will return soon. I keep checking and it hasn't so far.

Exactly what the title says. 80% of what I ship is with UPS ground saver and they have disappeared as a shipping option all together. Not a single order has it as an option, so it is definitely an internal amazon issue.

Called seller support multiple times and every time they offer nothing, raise a ticket and wait. In the mean time i can't ship 80% of orders.

Yes i could use pirateship etc but then i have no protection and inevitably when a customer lies about not receiving a product Amazon won't do anything.

So i can't ship using Amazon because they've broken the shipping, I can't ship with a third party because i'll have no protection.

Anyone got any bright ideas as to what to do?

Until a few weeks ago, we were able to use the optimized shipping option for FBA shipments by:

• Using a domestic "Ship from" address
• Sending at least 5 individual units per item

This was explicitly supported by the following banner:

"Qualify for the Amazon-optimized option with more flexible box-packing: Pack at least 5 identical cartons per item to qualify for the Amazon-optimized option. Alternatively, bypass packing identical cartons when you use a domestic 'Ship from' address, and input at least 5 individual units per item."

However, we recently attempted to create shipments, and the optimized shipping option is no longer available. Has anyone else encountered this?

I understand that Amazon has been making changes to shipping policies (e.g., standard items are no longer eligible for partial shipment splits), but this specific change was not mentioned in the official policy updates. Additionally, the banner supporting this packaging option is still being displayed.

If you’ve experienced this issue, how did you resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
