I received a letter from a chocolate manufactuer stating that I am in violation of Amazon's meltable products policy, but it's after October 16th...

I received an email from a well known company that manufacters chocolates. In the letter they advised that I may be in violation of Amazon's meltable products policy, but the letter is dated October 20th. I have sold products from this company for years and have never had issues with the meltible products policy. I sent these products to Amazon on October 16th, the day that Amazon allows meltable products. I looked through the Amazon meltable products policy, and I don't see how I am currently violating it.

If I had not just sent in a large shipment, I may have just not bother sending the ASINs. I guess I am looking for advice, should I ignore the letter because I believe I am not violating the policy, or is there more to the meltable products policy even though I am sending the chocolates on October 16th?

I think I figured it out? Maybe. I sent the items through UPS on October 16th, but the shipping plan was created on October 15th? Amazon allowed us to create shipment plans at that time.

I thought I was okay because I sent it on the 16th, but actually created the shipment plan on the 15th? That's all I can think of...
