New sellers take note. Amazon and successful Amazon sellers know the real secret of successful selling on the site. When you sell products that buyers want and need and sell them at the lowest price, they sell themselves.

Amazon is designed to take as much profit from a seller as they can in any form as they can. When Amazon says they will guide you through understanding advertising, look out. The bottom line in advertising is that is will not sell a product that buyers don't want, and if you have a good selling product, it is not necessary. It is up to each new seller to know where their product fits in.

"suggest edits" ... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Not a chance.

Now that any newbie shmoe can contribute images to someone else's brand listing, if you want an edit, I suggest you take a picture of the bad data, redact the incorrect info in the image, and post it as one of your product images. It's also a violation, but it will actually achieve what you want.

It's like they're TRYING to make the site awful.
