I got a Temporary Restraing Order, and now also a Performance Notification about the release of founds but since 1 week ago my founds still frozen.

Once you get served with a TRO your funds will remain frozen until that issue is resolved.
You have to work with the party that complained and either prove you weren't violating their IP or reach some agreement to settle it.
Even then the money can be tied up for months (OR forfeited).
