Read onlyHi @Tatiana_Amazon
I've read conflicting options for this but can you chime in and tell me what my real options are.
Buyer left a feedback on my seller profile that to me belongs in the product review. I tried the option of asking for it to be removed on the feedback manager but bots denied it. Am I able to ask for Amazon to do a manual review, if so how?
The review reads as this "When you see the pictures It shows a bigger biblie, i paid almost $50 dlls to receive a super small bible"
Thanks
If you used the feedback manager and you were denied.

You usually have 1 more try convince the bot/amazon by reopening the case.
However they usually just stick with the feedback manager robot decision.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained
Thanks @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG for providing some guidance here.
As some background from our Feedback Removal help page, Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
Since this review seems to apply based on the 3rd point above, I recommend opening a case with Seller Support and I can monitor and escalate as necessary!

That last one is more 50/50.
You never know which way the bot will go.
