Incorrect Product Review Case ID: 17049060031

I am creating a new discussion in hopes of your assistance with a review that appears to be for a different product than ours.
The review reads:
"Big crease!
It would be fine for wiping the dogs feet but there’s a big crease running down the entire width which makes it a tripping hazard, for them and us. Why not roll it up to ship? Then no crease!
Unfortunately, it seems to be a good rug which makes it a real shame it’s unusable. I can’t recommend."
The use of terms like "wiping the dog's feet" and "rug" clearly indicates the review refers to a rug, not the anti-fatigue mat. Additionally, the picture posted alongside the review supports this conclusion.
I have submitted this case to Seller Support under Case ID: 17049060031 and reported the review via the "Report" button, citing it as Off-topic/Incorrect Product Review.
Could you please assist in reviewing this further for removal?

I appreciate you including the steps taken to already report the review. If you haven't yet, you might also want to reach out to community-help@amazon.com with some specifics around the issue. While that team wouldn't respond to any submissions, all submissions will be reviewed for appropriate action.
