Missing Inbound Case - Promised Phone Call but Never Received, Now No Responses on Case

We have a missing inventory case (several actually exactly like this) where Amazon's findings with a shipment literally defy the laws of physics.

Seller Support offered a phone call for us to go over the findings, so we provided our phone number.

Seller Support never called us on the case.

They instead wrote the same copy & pasted message and added at the end (any further responses may not warrant a reply).

So now we are at a dead end on this case with zero resolution.

We have at least (5) cases in 2025 where Seller Support advises they will contact us via phone, but never does. Or if they do attempt to, it's outside of the office hours we provided (talking about multiple cases where they attempt to only call us on the weekends).

We need a mod to look at our case to get Seller Support to directly address the evidence we are providing showing there are no shortages.

Mods are not here to help. They just do damage control when the exposure is too great to ignore.

They are on Amazon's payroll for a reason, and it's not to be of any help. Unless they can make a big show of it.

We need help with this. We have over 10 cases in 2025 that are like this. Some we have been waiting for a phone call for over 2 months.

We need a mod to look into this so we can get resolution on our ever growing missing inbound cases.

Seller Support only copies and pastes the same message over & over again until they say they don't need to reply anymore.

They do not address any questions, as we have multiple shortages and overages which occur AFTER THE SHIPMENT HAD ALREADY CLOSED. Seller Support does not even attempt to explain this.

We will tag the mods every single day on this post if that is what it takes to get someone to look into our cases.

We had this happen once got back the same canned template at least a dozen times, I even congratulated them.

"congrats on sending the same non answer a dozen times"

Then I kept sending that back. Its the biggest benefit of SAS they have premium support which is usually good - and eventually took care of it.

Just keep pounding and if that doesnt work, close the case, wait 2-3 days and open a new one.

The inbound process has been terrible lately. We have similar issues, and support never provides any help.
