How long on average does it take from the time FBA receives the product to then make it available for PRIME ?

I have over 400 +units ‘delivered’ we had the prime badge for the week, had great sales ( 70-80 units ) now suddenly the prime badge is gone and sales dropped significantly.

How do you gauge & stay on top of this better to never have issues with prime eligibility ?
