Read onlyA violation has come in my account which I am trying to remove from last one month but it is not getting removed, so what can I do now, I have been given a response from Amazon that pain relief is written on that product, such products have to be made FDA proof, so what can I do to remove it, can anybody help me in this matter?
No one can help if you don't give some details. First, post the notification you received from Amazon.

What do you mean by "it"? Your listing or the violation?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent restricted product concerns you have been attempting to address. I understand that there has been frustration with resolving this as our team is stating that there are disease claims that can be found directly on the product. As seen in the messaging attached to the violation, the listing will not have a path to resolve the issue if the claim is on the packaging. Can you confirm whether or not the claim can be found on the product?
If it can, this will mean that at this time your product will not be eligible for reinstatement. The violation will remain on the account health page for 180 days unless you were to successfully dispute the issue or take the acknowledgement. Please be aware that if you have attempted to dispute the concern, the path to acknowledging the concern may not be available.
