Per our frequently asked questions help page on OTDR, these orders should not impact the calculation, here a section from this page:

Note: OTDR Protection is only available for units shipped through Standard Shipping, units shipped through other shipping options such as Free Economy, Standard Prime, or Premium Shipping, are not eligible for OTDR protection.

For example, if a seller shipped 100 units and 15 were delivered late:

  • Scenario A: If a seller did not use all three of Amazon’s free fulfillment and shipping tools for any of those 15 late deliveries, all 15 of their late deliveries will negatively impact their OTDR. As a result, their OTDR will be (100-15/100) = 85%.
  • Scenario B: If a seller used all three of Amazon’s free fulfillment and shipping tools for 5 of those 15 late deliveries, only the 10 late shipments that were not using Amazon’s tools will negatively impact OTDR. As a result, the seller’s OTDR will be (100-10/100) = 90%.

order id 112-5789482-5271430 & 113-62315385905832 There was a shipping delay that caused these 2 to be late .

Regarding this concern, I had passed your information to the appropriate teams to review the situation further and confirmed that automatic shipping settings were not enabled for the related SKU. I also was informed that this was also communicated by our account health team when the review team completed their review.

please look into seller support case id Case ID: 16004924921 this order is still showing up in my metrics . as a late delivery order id 112-5789482-5271430 today is September 23 this is no longer in the Time Window: 14 days

Promised Delivery Date : Aug 23, 2024 - Sep 5, 2024 THIS IS THE Deliver by: Mon, Aug 19, 2024 PDT to Thu, Aug 22, 2024 PDT So here we are at 5.30 pacific time on the 23 of Sept. and this is still showing up in my metrics .

As this is a rolling calculation the information in the report may not have synced up with the exact day, I would advise continuing to wait as this as just barely exceeded this threshold by a few hours at best.
