Your reports have the best breakdown (Payments Dashboard) depending on what it is you are looking for. Are they invoiced orders or deferred transactions? Is it account level reserve? You should be able to see it all on this page.

You have the tag "deactivated" on your post; is your account active?
If not, why were you deactivated? If it was any sort of IP/inauthentic complaint, then Amazon will not release your funds unless you can resolve the complaint.

I've reviewed your account and can confirm that your funds are not being held - there are no restrictions on your account affecting disbursements.
What I can see is that your current Expenses are higher than your Net Proceeds, mainly due to FBA Long-Term Storage Fees. To know more about these fees please go to Aged inventory surcharge. Once you generate more sales and your Net Proceeds exceed your Expenses, you will receive your disbursement according to your settlement schedule.
You can review your detailed financial information in Payments > Transaction View, where you'll find a breakdown of your sales, fees, and other transactions.
If you have specific questions about your Long-Term Storage Fees, please contact Seller Support for a detailed review of these charges.
