I understand how challenging it must be with Marsh terminating their contracts in Turkey and no readily available alternatives. The good news is that Amazon does have provisions for situations like this.
In the "Insurance policy criteria" section at Commercial Liability Insurance Requirements, Amazon states they "will consider exceptions to these requirements on a case-by-case basis if you are unable to secure a policy that meets these requirements."
