UPS Ground Saver labels not printing correctly

When I buy shipping through Seller Central for my FBM order, the UPS Ground Labels and the straight UPS labels print just fine on my Zebra 4X6 label printer. However, labels for "UPS Ground Saver" which UPS picks up, but USPS delivers, these labels do not print correctly. They print very large and I only get a corner of the shipping label on my 4X6 label. They print as soon as I hit the "buy shipping" button, so there is no other screen where I can set anything or scale it. I hit buy shipping and the labels just come out, again, all labels print correctly except for "UPS Gound Saver". Is anyone else seeing that? Or do you know a fix for it?

Same thing happened to me few weeks ago with our zebra printer. I found QZ tray was affiliated and tried it. It prints fine now, though I haven't found it to be as simple as amz print

Same problem here. One solution is to turn off the Amazon Print Connect software. Then, when you reprint the label, you can print on 8.5 x 11 sheet on a regular printer.

Of course, we shouldn't have to do this, and there's no reason why Amazon can't format the labels for this shipping method to print 4 x 6 like all the others.

using the 4 x 6 png format does not print correctly either on the UPS Ground Saver. All other UPS labels and USPS labels do print correctly. Is there a format fix in place coming for the UPS Ground Saver?

Thanks

I have the same problem with my Zebra LP 2844. The workaround I do for this is to go to the right hand corner of your notification bar/task bar.

Find the Amazon Print Connect icon and right click on it.

Click Printer Setup.

Change it to Microsoft Print to PDF.

Now when you hit Buy Shipping, it'll prompt you to save the file. Save it however you like. Then open the PDF and print that to your zebra printer. You can do this with every label or switch it back to your Zebra printer for anything else that's not UPS Ground Saver.

I was wondering if you are still having issues with printing the ground saver labels? I feel that if it was an issue they would have fixed the problem by now. Ours have been doing it since it came available and i feel like i am spending more money to ship due to label being messed up. I have no issues printing a ground saver label from PayPal for my other business.
