Restricted Policy Violation - EPA Reg. # - No help from Amazon Supprt
Hello,
Trying to set-up an new item which is just another pack size for product that we already have listed. However Amazon hit us with a Restricted Product Policy Violation incorrectly claiming the EPA Registration Number isn't active in the EPA Database. We immediately submitted an appeal with proof that the EPA Registration Number is ACTIVE & REGISTERED in the EPA Database but Amazon Support rejected our appeal. At this point we have submitted 6 appeals (Case ID 15630596041) and we keep getting the same rejection letter from Amazon asking us to provide proof...
Is Amazon Support even looking at the appeals we submit? We provide them with the proof that ask only to be denied while they ironically ask us for the proof that we already submitted.
Do we have to scream and shout just to get a case resolved with Amazon Support? Lately it seems like we have to escalate every case just to get some resolution.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with getting your product reinstated. Per my current review you will need to ensure that your EPA registration number is not included on the detail page in the pesticide marking attribute. You will need to update your detail page and ensure that your EPA information is included there and then reach out via your case to request your ASIN be reviewed for reinstatment.

Did you receive any resolution on this case? We are also having issues with being flagged for noncompliance and keep getting the same automated rejection response with each appeal submission.
