Avoid Common Mistakes: Learn with Amazon's Seller University

How many of you have taken advantage of SELLER UNIVERSITY?

Amazon provides SELLER UNIVERSITY, at no extra charge, to all Sellers. This tool is always up to date, so it benefits not only the newer Sellers but also those who have been selling for a while.

You are able to: Browse All Topics - Customize your interests – Look into the Popular subjects – view what is Recently Updated

If Sellers take advantage of this tool prior to listing their very first ASIN, it is possible violations can be prevented, with just a little education and understanding. Some Account deactivations may have been avoided by Understanding Amazons Selling Policies Before Starting the Business.

To begin using this tool: From your menu – top left corner – drag down to Learn and slide over to SELLER UNIVERSITY. The same area you access Seller Forums.

You will learn how to navigate Seller Central, Account Settings, the Account Health Page, Performance Notifications and so very much more.

You will have access to videos, written Policies and Procedures and learning guides to answer questions you may have. This does take a bit of time and effort, but as you are opening your NEW Store and starting your NEW Business, isn’t it worth the time and effort?

I believe it is better to research Amazon Policies for Sellers directly from your own Seller Central. This way, you can be sure the information is current and correct.

Please research your Suppliers. Take time and Vet all the Suppliers you work with. Please make sure you are dealing with a Supplier that provides invoices that meet Amazon invoice requirements. Is your Supplier an Authorized Distributor for the Brand you wish to sell? Will your supplier provide you a Letter of Authorization for the products you are selling? Did you know: Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer.

Keep your documentation. You need to have access to your invoices, receipts, purchase orders, credit card statements as it relates to the purchase of your inventory. Tracking information from Suppliers, bills of lading, etc.

everything is same with payoneer and amazon still they are keep rejecting my account

Hello "Amazon",

I need help. In September 2024 I got notice from Amazon that my account has been deactivated . The reason they gave that a customer complained about a product to be not authentic. and there were 132 sellers at that moment. Unfortunately, I was one of them , but I am 200% sure that my product was NOT at all fake . It's 100% original and directly from the CEO of the company making it. I have sent them the Invoices and ALL the proofs or authenticity three four times. But every time I get an automated reply that the documents are not enough. on the other hand Invoices have all the information they are asking for. I want to talk to someone about this but there is not way I can all them . Please kindly help .

Actually, Amazon is responsible of my loss nearly 2000$ per month since September 2024 .
