Does the product have available stock? It won't show the variation if it is out of stock (OOS).

Hello @Seller_wt6xgLgTrSLn5,

Thank you for reaching out. I can see you are experiencing an issue with a child ASIN not displaying under the parent ASIN on the detail page.

Regarding your concern about the information shared in this post, you can edit your original post to remove any details you would prefer not to have visible. To do this, click the three dots (...) on your post and select "Edit."

In the meantime, Here are some recommended steps to work through this:

  1. First, confirm that the child ASIN is properly linked to the parent ASIN by going to Inventory > Manage All Inventory in Seller Central, searching for the parent ASIN, and reviewing the variation family. If the child is not listed there, the relationship may need to be re-established.
  2. Next, check that the child ASIN has all required variation theme attribute values (such as size, color, or style) fully populated. If any of these are missing, the child ASIN will be excluded from the detail page display. Also, make sure no other child ASIN under the same parent shares the exact same variation dimension values, since only one will display on the detail page when duplicates exist, and the other becomes hidden.
  3. Additionally, review the listing for any errors or warnings that may be preventing the variation from publishing. You can check this in Inventory > Manage All Inventory and look for any error notifications on the affected ASIN.
  4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try re-establishing the parent-child relationship using an inventory file upload. Download the appropriate category-specific inventory file template, populate the parent and child ASIN details, and upload it through the Add Products via Upload tool.
  5. If the child ASIN still is not appearing after trying these steps, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support and including both the parent ASIN and child ASIN so the team can investigate the catalog relationship directly.

Thank you for your patience, and I also want to thank @Seller_iobipI6xASRkh for the helpful suggestions on this thread.

Regards,

Billy
