fake reviews on our listings customer is misleading the other buyers by putting the fake reviews. they purchase it and once they put the negative reviews they cancel and return the orders. we would like amazon to report this customer and remove his fake reviews. an immediate action is appreciated. regards.

We are in the health supplements category on Amazon. In the past 15 days we have received 100+ fake orders from 2-3 pincodes, same fake customers have placed 4-5 orders each and that too from same pincode!! - even though we flagged the fake orders, amazon still delivered them because they were FBA orders. These ordered products have been returned by the fake buyers and have given negaive ratings and reviews.

Even though we reached out to seller support multiple times and gave them all data in excel file. They say they cannot do anything.. And now there has been no reply on the case since a few days.

OUR PRODUCTS WERE DAMAGED

OUR BRAND REPUTATION RUINED

The least Amazon should do is-

1. Blacklist the fake buyers accounts

2. Remove the fake ratings and reviews

3. Reimburse us for the fake orders

If anyone has any idea how to resolve this, please help.
